Classic coleslaw

Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp calamansi juice
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
6 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup thinly sliced green pepper


Procedure:
1. Combine first four ingredients.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Cover; chill.

Makes 6 cups.

ovo-vegetarian
